The early check-in is charged a full daily room rate in order to guarantee your room availability. Late check-out is charged 50% of the daily room rate if the check-out is before 18:00. If the check-out is after 18:00, a full daily room rate will be charged.
ID REQUIREMENTS
A valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license and/or proof of age card) is required at the time of check-in. Children under 18, need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
CHILD POLICY
Children below 6 years old accompanied by adults are accommodated free of charge. 5,000 AMD daily rate is applied for children between the ages of 7-12.
PAYMENT POLICY
A valid credit card is required for booking a room to secure a reservation (pre-payment or pre-authorization may be required depending on the policy you choose).
All payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay and JCB credit cards.
RESERVATION CANCELATION
Standard policy – pay when you stay: Booking cancellation is free of charge, if the cancellation is done at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Otherwise a one-night penalty fee is charged. If you have a booking at our hotel and you haven’t cancelled it, but you also haven’t stayed, a one-night penalty fee is charged as a no-show.
Group booking policy – pay at the time of booking: in case of 2 and more booked rooms if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will NOT be refunded.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In case of early departure, 48 hours’ prior notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid 1-night penalty.
